QR Design Options

Make your QR codes match your brand with custom colors, logos, and styles.

Color Customization

Foreground Color

Change the color of the QR code modules:

  1. Click QR Code on your tag
  2. Click Customize
  3. Select Foreground Color
  4. Choose from palette or enter hex code

Best practices:

  • Use dark colors for best scanning
  • Avoid light colors (yellow, light gray)
  • Ensure contrast with background

Background Color

Change the background:

  1. Click Customize
  2. Select Background Color
  3. Choose your color

Options:

  • Solid color
  • Transparent (PNG/SVG only)
  • White (default, most reliable)

Gradient (Pro)

Apply gradients to the QR code:

  1. Click CustomizeGradient
  2. Choose gradient type:
    • Linear
    • Radial
  3. Set start and end colors
  4. Adjust angle/position

Gradients may reduce scanning reliability. Always test!

Logo Insertion

  1. Click CustomizeAdd Logo
  2. Upload your logo image
  3. Adjust size (10-30% of QR code)
  4. Position (center is default)

Logo Requirements

  • Format: PNG, SVG, or JPEG
  • Size: Square works best
  • Maximum coverage: 30% of QR code
  • Background: Transparent or matching

Logo Best Practices

  • Use simplified/icon version of logo
  • Ensure sufficient contrast
  • Keep it small (15-20% recommended)
  • Test scanning after adding

Pattern Styles

Module Shape

Change the look of individual modules:

  • Square - Classic, highest compatibility
  • Rounded - Soft corners
  • Dots - Circular modules
  • Diamond - 45° rotated squares

Eye Style

Customize the three corner patterns:

  • Square - Classic look
  • Rounded - Softer appearance
  • Circle - Modern style
  • Leaf - Organic feel

Inner Eye

Customize the center of corner patterns separately for unique looks.

Frame Options

Add Frame

Put a border around your QR code:

  1. Click CustomizeAdd Frame
  2. Choose frame style:
    • Simple border
    • Rounded corners
    • Decorative frame
  3. Set frame color
  4. Add optional text

Frame Text

Add text above or below the code:

  • Top text: "SCAN ME"
  • Bottom text: Your URL or brand name

Configure:

  • Font size
  • Font family
  • Text color

Save Custom Template
