Login & Authentication​

Can't Log In​

Symptoms: Login button doesn't respond, error message appears

Solutions:

Session Keeps Expiring​

QR Code Issues​

QR Code Won't Scan​

Wrong Content Appears​

Symptoms: Scanning shows different tag than expected

Solutions:

  1. Verify you're scanning the correct QR code
  2. Check if tag was replaced or updated
  3. QR code may have been reused
  4. Look for a newer QR code version

QR Code Print Quality​

Symptoms: Printed code is blurry or pixelated

Solutions:

  1. Download higher resolution version
  2. Use SVG format for vector quality
  3. Adjust printer settings to highest quality
  4. Increase print size

Upload Issues​

File Won't Upload​
