What to include:

  1. Summary - One sentence description

  6. Screenshots - Visual evidence

Example:

Summary: Image upload fails with "Network Error"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any tag in edit mode
2. Click "Add Block" → "Image"
3. Select image file (5MB JPEG)
4. Click "Upload"

Expected: Image uploads and displays
Actual: "Network Error" message appears

Environment: Chrome 120, Windows 11, WiFi
